Requesting a refund
Purchases are not currently open. Before sales begin, this page will identify the selected payment provider, support route, refund process, and any provider terms that apply. Refund requests will be reviewed under applicable consumer law and the published purchase terms.
Digital delivery
The planned offline edition is digital content that will be delivered after payment verification. Starting a download may affect a statutory cancellation right where local law permits this and valid consent has been obtained. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
Technical problems
When sales open, customers whose verified download cannot be delivered or installed on a supported system should retain the payment receipt and request delivery support before repurchasing. Final link lifetime, download limits, and redelivery terms will be published before checkout is enabled.
