Terms of Use

License
Once sales open, a completed purchase will grant the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the paid offline edition on devices they control. The game, artwork, code, trademarks, and documentation remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute installation files or download links, resell access, bypass payment or download controls, interfere with the service, or use the game assets as a separate commercial asset pack. Ordinary gameplay recording, reviews, and personal streaming are permitted.
Availability and saves
The free online edition requires a compatible browser and network connection. Offline packages will require the systems listed on the purchase page. Saves are local to each device; users are responsible for device backups and for retaining their payment receipt.
Updates and service
The product is provided as available. Features, balance, compatibility, and online availability may change through updates. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
